Ella Nathan creates hand printed papers, fabrics and tiles for interiors with attention to bold colour and artisan design. She prioritises the charm and integrity of hand craftsmanship which is evident through her ILLUSTRATIVE practice.

Originally from Hertfordshire, Ella Graduated with a First Class BA (HONS) Degree in textiles from Arts University Bournemouth in 2024. With a background in Fine Art, Ella uses drawing and painting as the source of her design process before applying materials to the surface. Having specialised in print and pattern design by the final year of her degree, Ella’s work gained recognition from The Batsford Prize, TEX+, The Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation and Dezeen Magazine.
